Good on all those of you that came out an got in the workout this weekend! It helps to know that you’re always going to have some people that will come out and suffer with you. I was happy to see the results as well! Much faster than I expected… Were you guys going to proper depth on those handstand pushups?
Warmup: Follow the basic hip/core/shoulder warmup
Tech: Practice any element from the workout that needs work – should probably be handstand pushups…
5-4-3-2-1 overhead walking lunges (use any weight exceeding 15 lbs.)
10-10-10-10-10 handstand pushups
