 A little advance preparation means you can get up and right into the workout.

So we’re going to be repeating the workout.  Mostly because it’s awesome and I want you all to do it.  You might want to check out the post from that day.

Wednesday

Warmup: 3 lengths walking overhead lunges

Tech: rolling backwards and forwards on the rings

Workout:
-100 pushups while doing 5 deadlifts every minute on the minute
-100 squats while doing 5 cleans every minute on the minute
