The gym is going to be closed this Saturday. For an exciting reason! It’s the Muay Thai Series ‘Proving Grounds’ competition. It’s taking place this Saturday, June 2nd, at BCIT. 13:26 for the Workout … the pullups were hell, Matt was patient enough to see me to the end though I went over the 10 min mark. Used the 95lb “he-man” weight of the SDHP’s.
