Some of you have probably got sore legs due to some of the moves we’ve been doing that we don’t see very often. You might want to take a look at the previous post on delayed onset muscle soreness.
Monday
Warmup: Burgener warmup
Tech: -6-6-3-3-3-3 snatch
Workout:
3 rounds of 4 min. tabata alternating between the following two exercises:
-airdyne (arms only)/airdyne (arms only)
-pullups/situps
-kettlebell high pulls/box jumps
one minute rest between each round
